When I returned home I took my receipt and wrong part it was given back to original location I purchased it at. Part was still in unopened plastic but I was told since I paid for it more than 30 days before policy was they only refund as a gift card I had to spend there. I always need more maintenance supplies for vehicles so I agreed to it even though I had receipts of purchase and unopened wrong part they supplied me with!! Then when I needed to get part for my wife’s vehicle so she wouldn’t have to miss a 2nd day of work. It said there was a problem with the gift card and it had no balance. Was directed to contact support and given number. They said the only person that could assist me was. Gone and wouldn’t return till following morning. Store I was issued the card instead of my money was 15 minutes away and open for 4 more hours. I guess if my wife loses her job or deals with any repercussions of this that’s her problem because I can’t buy a part with the refund of a unopened part sold to me for spendable money that was PAID TO THEM FOR WRONG PART they where at fault for.
