  McLain done a astonishing job he is the definition of real customer service he went beyond my expectations of a body shop and to Jennifer the one that schedules the repairs her customers service was beyond my expectations the best in the business I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone needing body shop repair and to the techs that did the paint prep and body work you are the best in the industry definitely satisfied with my repairs and the outstanding customer service great job and thank you

  We had our 2017 Suburban repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, and they did an excellent job! The team was professional, communicative, and truly took pride in their work. Our Suburban looks great — you’d never know it was ever damaged. They made the whole repair process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Gerber for anyone needing collision work done right!

  Incredible service here! Every staff member is very professional and goes above and beyond to walk you through every detail of what they are doing and have complete upfront transparency, checking in with any updates and progress every step of the way. My car had been hit on the back rear passenger door. Not only was this completely taken care of in an extremely fast turnaround time, but they also addressed other issues I needed to have worked on, but never got the time to do it until my car was hit. The communication is impeccable! Workmanship top notch! I will attach my before and after photos. They handled absolutely everything - both the insurance claim and my out-of-pocket for add on repair, and were very fair and reasonable pricing without sacrificing their professional care with the repair & looking after me to make the entire process as smooth as possible. I was so surprised when I got my car back to discover it had been completely detail cleaned on the inside as well! I had planned to go get my CRV vacuumed out after picking it up, but they had taken care of all of that for me, which I was not expecting, but was incredibly grateful for this kindness…the little details make such a difference! Thank you thank you!!!
