They do try to upsell a couple of things, so you should be up to date on what you have done to your vehicle in the past few years so you know what is actually necessary. Know that tire rotation is extra than just the oil change and if your vehicle is larger than a small car or has a weird frame shape, they cannot lift it to rotate tires. Just expect to get your oil changed and air filters swapped if necessary. The speed is about what I expected(fast, but not rushed). The multipoint inspection is useful for battery integrity and tire pressure, but beyond that, I think they use carfax or something like that, so in other words, they are depending on computer systems with data that could have been entered or not depending on who did your maintenance in the past.
