I'm no expert in paint, but the flaws were very apparent. You also stated that you reapplied the ceramic coating. That is absolutely not true. We had the ceramic coating reapplied at another business, which by the way, is the perfect example of how a business should operate I can't believe that you made that claim. I've personally used your shop in the past with zero complaints, but after this experience, we will take our business elsewhere. You have lost a customer.

After they fixed the wrecked side of my car back to get a ceramic coat, there was debris all under where they painted, and paint dust all on my back window. We took it back, so they could repaint it. We picked it up, took it back to try to get coat on my car, and there is still debris all under where they repainted. They did a good job fixing my dent, but when it comes to them painting, they do a terrible job.
