As my rental journey continues this staff lead by a wonderful Leader in Brooke she has you feeling comfortable and she’s in control no matter the situation. I seen her handle a situation so professionally that customer that was mad calmed all the way down such professionalism is needed everywhere in this world and she makes life simple when you handle situations like this!! I hate that this is the only car rental place in Prattville. We definitely got the worst Enterprise in the country.

I had a scheduled appointment for a 12PM pickup, and I arrived on time expecting a smooth process. Instead, I waited over an hour before a vehicle was even available. When I asked the manager, Danielle Boyd, about the delay, she told me I “should’ve come in at 8 AM” because the wait wouldn’t have been as long. I explained that picking up a car before noon increases the price by $50, but that didn’t seem to matter.
By 1:05 PM, I was still waiting for a car I had already reserved. I also asked if, due to the long wait, I could return the vehicle on empty as a courtesy. I was told “no” because “the system isn’t programmed like that.”
The customer service at this location has gotten worse with every visit. A reservation should mean something, and customers shouldn’t be inconvenienced or talked down to for arriving at their scheduled time. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be recommending this location to anyone.
