When I arrived at Enterprise I was greeted by a young lady (I wish I could remember her name) she is a younger black lady, beautiful long hair. She was so professional and so polite, I came at 12:30p on Friday, the office was very busy, but she did not let that deter her from making sure everyone was checked in and gave everyone the same time and respect to ensure we were all taken care of and satisfied. A young white male took me to my car (I wish I was better with names) he was wonderful as well, very professional and polite also. Even though it seemed like they were short staffed and it was extremely busy they took their time with each customer and did everything with a smile! Thank You!!
