So since the next cold spell came through, I found that the battery had low power to the point.It would not start the vehicle.Try to trickle charge it overnight.Would not hold a good charge contact at the store.When they pulled it up, they showed up the battery belonging to a totally different vehicle that i've never owned and trying to tell me it was over six months when I know it's six months is due, come.December, then, the technician told me to stand by to talk to the manager waited for twenty minutes plus with no one picking up the phone.I called back still the same thing. I've been doing business with autozone.For many, many years some good some bad, but this will be the first time that i've had.The runaround with this store in protville.So now I'll be looking to go with my business.Somewhere else that has a better business ethic with their customer base.
