  Ok work mounting new tires. it took 2 hours. They scuffed up my 18” M parallels mounting the tires. Finishing chipped away around the rim by the bead. Chipping of the wheels finish under every valve stem, also random gouging in the dishes now. Will have to get them refinished. Don’t go here if you like your wheels.

  Josh and the crew are incredibly professional and understanding. I had a rotor & brake service done at another Mavis location, and that service had an issue after 6k miles which was still under warranty. I first took the car back to the original shop, which found no problems on inspection. But I still had issues while driving, so I brought it to the clay chalkville location. Josh & crew took my concerns seriously and honored the warranty from the other site. On inspection, they identified an issue that required a high degree of attention to detail (they discovered that a small spring either went missing or was not reinstalled on one side of the vehicle) and not only replaced the spring, but replaced the rotors which only had slight damage to them completely free of charge, since it was under the warranty period. you may not get as lucky as I did and walk away paying nothing at all (this was a warranty after all), but these guys are courteous, professional, and they do the right thing. They will physically walk you to your vehicle to show you a problem, without you even needing to ask. I won't be bringing my vehicle to any other location but this one as long as these guys are here. 10/10.

  Tanner is a good dude man and Mavis tires and brakes. I pulled in there. I was hauling off stuff today and my valve still noticed it had a leak in it pulled in there. He helped me out and knew I was having a hard time come out there with a bill I ain’t know nothing he gave valvestem . I know he can’t do it to everybody but when you see somebody’s having a hard he helps them out good service good personality. I recommend Mavis tires and brakes to everyone go there. They got good prices and they ain’t trying to take money and they give you the service you need.

  I called in yesterday afternoon and spoke with Josh. The under carriage cover had come off of my Toyota Camry. I wasn’t sure if they could even help me, however Josh said that they could put it back on and to bring it in. He was friendly and professional. When I arrived Chandler greeted me with a smile. I told him my problem and they immediately took my vehicle in. My repair was complete in 30 minutes. If you want exceptional customer service and quality repairs come see these guys! I highly recommend them!
