  I absolutely love this place. I’ve been here multiple times and the customer service is excellent every time. They really make you feel right home. They are very understanding and willing to work you on a price if they can. 10/10 service would recommend if you are having car troubles or just a quick issue in general.

  Jemichael went above and beyond for the service for my Oil Change, tire rotation, and alignment. Whenever I come into Mavis Tires & Brakes they never do below exceptional customer service. Before they do anything else that you didn’t initially bring your car in for, they’ll ask you about it prior to working on it. I haven’t found anywhere like Mavis at Pike Road when it comes to finding a place where I know my car is well taken care of!

  Excellent customer service and quick service. I had hit a nail this morning and heard the air escaping from my tire and luckily I was right next to Mavis Tire in Pike Road. They were not even opened yet but the guy at the front desk assured me it would be no problem to have a look at it. 30 minutes later, they had patched my tire and I could continue on my day! I definitely recommend them.

  Mavis provided a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, helpful, and very informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and answered all of my questions without pressure. I appreciated their honesty and customer service. I would recommend Mavis Tire to others-
