  Stopped in to buy lights for my daughter's car. We had no idea what we were looking for and Shannon approached us to confirm the type of lights we needed and then proceeded to PUT THEM ON FOR US!!! While she was doing that, I noticed her coolant tank was empty, so my daughter went back into the store to buy a jug and Shannon then topped that off for us too!! What excellent service she definitely went above and beyond.

  Walk in and ask for help with a battery- I ask if they have similar ones in stock, I’m looked at with disdain as the employee is munching a bag of chips. She points to ailse 7 and says if we have any they are over there. I can see where she is talking about. She points to boxes and says in the boxes I don’t know what she means. I take my battery ask her if she can test it and she says she might be able to. I ask for help identifying which battery I need after she shows me the boxes and tell her I have no clue what I’m looking at and her response is ‘neither do I’. As she walks over and looks still with her bag of chips in her right hand. When she finally takes the one that looks like it’s the right size. I’m satisfied but I do ask her if she can still check my battery. She doesn’t really acknowledge it. Walks off from us back and check my battery says dead. So then I just say OK I’ll buy this new battery please and as I’m trying to buy it I do see the stickers on the shelf where it shows the price for a few trading a battery that takes almost $10 off the price and I actually said this to her. She tried to check me out. I said it looks like I haven’t received the discount price for trading it in and she assured me that I had. Her rationale made no sense and it wasn’t marked anywhere on the screen or the receipt. At that point I was fed up and just paid and left. Love that we are bringing all this business into pike road and staffing it with people who have not been trained and are incompetent. That falls on management who on a Saturday afternoon were nowhere to be seen. ShamePoor employees are often a result of poor management. Will not return.
