- HTHelen Thompson3 days ago5.0Absolutely EXCELLENT store staff, especially Store Manager David Herman. I had to stop in because I lost the light bulb on my utility trailer while an hour from home. The glass had fallen out but not the metal connection. Not only was Mr. Herman able to go directly to the light bulb I needed but he also brought tools outside to assist me with getting the metal connector out so the new bulb could be installed. However; nothing is that easy when the weather is flash flood warning rainstorms. The wire came loose from the taillight and the connector was no longer touching. Mr. Herman was patient and polite while he worked in a crouched position in the rain to make sure I had operation lights to make it back home without having to replace the whole taillight fixture. Thank you greatly Mr. Herman and Store Staff of #0317, who made sure any and all other customers were taken care of while your store manager assisted me outside in the rain.

He was able to look at it for me, diagnose my issue and point me to the best products that would help with my problem. He also went above and beyond to address my other concerns regarding my vehicle and gave me great advice. After he addressed my concerns and pointed me to the needed products, he was more than happy to put them in my car himself. I have never experienced such kindness and genuine care from a worker before. If you’re in a pinch and need help with your car fast- he’s the guy to go to!

He was very knowledgeable and kind and personally went out of his way to ensure that we had all of the help we needed. He aided us in diagnosing the problem, picking the correct products, and refilling our oil, coolant, and power steering fluid. I’ve never had customer service so sincere and in depth. 100/10
