  David was able to help me with a cabin air filter for my car. I had a clicking noise and the easiest thing to check for was the cabin air filter. He was so helpful and my problem was solved. Piedmont Auto Zone has some of the best team members. ❤️

  Absolutely EXCELLENT store staff, especially Store Manager David Herman. I had to stop in because I lost the light bulb on my utility trailer while an hour from home. The glass had fallen out but not the metal connection. Not only was Mr. Herman able to go directly to the light bulb I needed but he also brought tools outside to assist me with getting the metal connector out so the new bulb could be installed. However; nothing is that easy when the weather is flash flood warning rainstorms. The wire came loose from the taillight and the connector was no longer touching. Mr. Herman was patient and polite while he worked in a crouched position in the rain to make sure I had operation lights to make it back home without having to replace the whole taillight fixture. Thank you greatly Mr. Herman and Store Staff of #0317, who made sure any and all other customers were taken care of while your store manager assisted me outside in the rain.
