    I had a really great experience at Mavis, and I believe the manager’s name was Anthony. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the environment was clean and well-organized. Something that impressed me was how he clearly everything was explained. Anthony took the time to walk me through exactly why the part I needed was important and how it worked to keep my vehicle running properly. He never made me feel out of place for asking questions, which I really appreciated. They also worked efficiently and got everything done in a timely manner. I came in feeling pretty defeated after another mechanic tried to charge me nearly twice as much, so this experience was a huge relief. What stood out to me most was how seriously Anthony takes customer concerns. While I was there, another customer was explaining a bad experience at a different location. Anthony didn’t brush it off—he called that store directly and addressed the issue, making it clear that they have a reputation to uphold and that customer satisfaction matters. He even emphasized that they don’t want to lose valued customers. That level of accountability and professionalism really stood out to me. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be referring others to this location. Kudos to the whole team, and thank you for the great service you provide!

    Let me just say… if you ever find yourself stranded with a flat tire, a 4 month old baby, and no knowledge about cars, this is EXACTLY the place you want to end up. We pulled up stressing, baby in tow, and were immediately taken care of. Pinto (the sweetest guy) and the team were unbelievably kind, quick, and accommodating. No stress, no hassle, just pure “we got you” energy. They had us back on the road so quickly. 10/10 service, 10/10 people!!!

    From out of state and had tire concerns and Pinto came out and met me at my vehicle and address all my concerns and made sure I was safe to resume my travel. Pinto is just a great person as he takes care of all the customers the same caring way as I was sitting in the waiting area observing his great service! If I have any problems in the future I will go out my way to come visit Phenix City where he works at. Mavis Tires you have a good one! Thank you Pinto

    12/10 Service Experience. This location got my attention with its positive reviews online. As a business owner, I need my truck running 24/7. When I got two flats at the same time, I decided to bring it here. Integrity and honesty are the upmost important things to me in business. Each individual in this shop was not only educated and professional, but honest and fair. I paid a fair price for the right tires and services. I’m excited for us to get on the road with our new set of tires and fresh alignment. Side note: this is one of the only shops open on Sunday- They’ll take care of you. FINAL UPDATE: I’m leaving my original review to show that I truly wanted to give this location a good review. I left it open in my Google tabs until everything was finalized. After two days of working with my vehicle, once Sunday April 26 and another Tuesday April 28, they were unable to properly align my vehicle. I was sent to AutoNation Jeep Dodge RAM. The AutoNation South store had my truck driving straight after the first alignment. Tuesday, April 28 , During their test drives between alignment attempts, they ran over a piece of metal with my brand new tires- I spent all day at the shop and left 30 Minutes past close. As I was leaving, my rear right tire was leaking psi at a very strong pace. I believe to be brake hardware. I tried to call, but the shop was closed when I called. When I inspected the vehicle, this was the only wheel without a valve stem cap, leading me to believe they knew of the puncture and played it off. The Shop Manager refused to replace my brand new tire although this happened while in their care. He told us we could “walk the lot” and that we wouldn’t find any metal that could pop a tire. So I did just that, I attached an image below with metal pieces I found- I didn’t go off into the grass our out of my way, these were all in the clear driving path and customer parking lot for vehicles. Thursday, April 30, I’m very disappointed in the Lack of Professionalism(aside from the shop banter), Passion, and Integrity in my experience with this shop. After spending $1,600 and getting a $104 Partial Refund for the alignment; my brand new tire received a “Plug/Patch” as a resolution. The Manager stated he had full access to the process of replacing my tire, but said that he felt he was doing the right thing in his heart.i hate that this was my experience.

    If I could give ZERO stars, I would, but that's not an option. I brought my vehicle here for an alignment last week and after picking it up noticed it was still pulling to the right, so I brought it back up there and they "checked" it and told me the alignment was perfect it must be from the safe driver feature " stay in your lane" must be malfunctioning and pulling it to the right.. needless to say I took it elsewhere and they immediately called and said "didn't you JUST get an alignment"... this is the photo they sent me. They redid the alignment for me, and now it's driving perfectly. ALSO they told me my motor mounts needed replacing... NO, they look brand new, it was the CV Axle that needed fixed. ...So thanks, Maevis, for taking my money but NOT fixing my car, not once but twice in one day!
