Ive had my car a 2021 model for 3 years so it’s still fairly new. I was called back and was told they didn’t notice anything wrong with my brakes which was a breath of release. But then the older gentleman with the glasses quickly ranted on about how i needed shocks and struts and kept on telling me about financing. I immediately knew that was a lie I didn’t need shocks and struts on a newer model vehicle. Once I went to pick up my car the older gentleman again starts rambling on about how me not getting my shocks and struts done will damage my car and again showing me the financing information. I immediately went to get a second opinion from pepboys and they found NOTHING wrong with my car. Only thing that was found was 2 lug nuts were loose on my back tire. A very quick fix. I don’t appreciate being a easy target because I am a young female.

- DRDani R.Nov 8, 20255.0I needed to have my tires rotated on my Nissan Kicks, so when I was trying to look up service near me I happened to come across a free tire rotation promo Mavis and booked an appointment at this location. Everyone was so friendly and service was great! So much faster than similar services I’ve had at my usual, PepBoys. They even offered me 1/2 off on wiper blades! This was my first time going to Mavis and it definitely won’t be my last! This location specifically can definitely expect me to come back for my tire and brake maintenance needs.
