  After stopping at several different shops, Josh assisted me with discovering why my drivers side front tire kept losing air. It was caused by a cracked rim. He sealed the crack, stopped the leak, and connected me with a specialist. In addition, I purchased and replaced two tires. I’ll replace the other two in the next few days. I truly appreciate Mavis Tires & Brakes staff for their dedication, diligence, and professionalism in assisting me! I’ll continue to provide them with my vehicle needs. Thank you, Y. Mills

  I went to Mavis with good intentions but was sold the biggest fib ever. So I went to have my front end aligned and asked if they adjusted cambers and they manager said yes but u need new tires. Cool I returned with my 2 brand new tires and got them put on only to see the outside of both brand new tires wearing in less than 2 months. When I called back the gentleman said oh that manager(with the white Harley Davidson bike)no longer works for us but my problem is what does that have to do with me?? I've filed a complaint with corporate and will be filing another soon because if u don't do camber work why did u take my money and put my new tires on..

  I’ve been visiting Mavis for a long time, and today I must say the customer service I received from Pinto, Chris, and Anthony was absolutely phenomenal. They took care of my situation promptly, got me out in a timely manner, and provided excellent service throughout the entire visit. In a world that can be so cruel at times, walking into a facility where you are treated with kindness, respect, and great customer service is truly a blessing. Once again, I would like to say thank you, Mavis, for consistently providing such great service. And thank you again to Chris, Pinto, and Anthony for your phenomenal attitudes and outstanding customer care. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

  This place is a scam when it comes to ANYTHING other than tires. I went to get a new tire due to me running over a nail, and the price and service was fine, however, the people come up to me and tell me my front brake pads are super thin and need immediate repair for over $600. I ask friends and family and everyone is saying this price is way to high, so I call my dealership and they offer to fix my brake pads for WAY cheaper. But to my surprise, when I get to my appointment at my dealership, they tell me that my brake pads are perfectly fine. One of the workers even describing them as, “basically new.” Not only did this Mavis LIE, but they also tried to up charge me, and granted I don’t take up charging super into consideration because I always call around and see different prices because I know this tactic, but to lie to a customer and say, “You have only about a week of driving left on those front brake pads before you have no brakes” which keeps me startled all week and constantly nervous while driving when it wasn’t even true is trifling. I will NEVER come to this specific Mavis again, but I highly recommend just always getting second opinions on anything car related, especially if you’re like me and don’t know too much about cars and can be easily persuaded.
