Thomas greeted me warmly and was attentive, even though these tires weren’t purchased from Mavis They were able to fit me in quickly for much less than I expected. I highly recommend them.

- DDDylanDec 15, 20251.0Avoid. Caused damage and issue with vehicle. Full story: Went in for a full tire replacement and alignment for my 2021 Ram 1500. After the tire change they had asked if I wanted an alignment. I said yes. After a few hours they test drove it and the assistant manager said he didn’t feel that it was safe for me to drive the truck home due to an issue they were having aligning it. They also pointed out that the rack and pinion was leaking. Left it over night. Came back the next day, suddenly the rack and pinion wasn’t the cause for the leak they don’t know what was the cause, they did not elaborate. After a few hours sitting there they said it was good to go. Pulled out of the lot, steering wheel was crooked and almost completely sideways when wheels were straight, traction control was going off above 30mph and brakes felt like I was on ice. Had to get the truck towed to a shop, waiting to see if there is further damage. Complaint with corporate has been filed.
