Went in with a multi faceted issue and a limited budget, and they drilled down to the root issue in order to get the car road safe again and kept it within my budget. The car drives like a new car now - seriously, they did great. Ant bent over backwards to make sure I was squared away, to the point of taking an evening drive to Opelika to get my part. I was just very impressed with everyone there. In addition, they provided me with a list of everything else that was upcoming on my vehicle, and, this is important, SHOWED me. Whatever you do think before you waste your money DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM MAVIS TIRE IN phenix City AL!! They recommended me not to do an alignment on a brand new car when I changed my tires at 50k miles from the factory tires. <I don’t work in automotive so I took there suggestions at face value> obviously because they were short staffed maybe they just didn’t want to do it or have time. So I opted to purchase the tires at cost plus install. Now barely 8 months later the tires they sold me are TRASH and they want to go back and fourth on do you have every rotation receipt etc, when the tires are wearing evenly (ALL 4) BECAUSE THEY have BEEN ROTATED OTHERWISE they would only two tires be worn! The receipt they PURPOSELY LISTED THE MILEAGE WRONG AND PUT THE BEGINNING AND ENDING MILEAGE THE SAME SO IT WOULDN’T SHOW HOW LONG THE TIRES ACTUALLY LASTED PER MILEs. I have proof for all of this. Their product is horrible obviously and the customer service for there errors are even worse. I’m going to post the proof of the trash tires and the receipt for the tires with the mileage showing I bought these at 110,000.00 miles beginning and ending miles somehow yet my car only currently only has 75,359 miles on it. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE.
