  First time customer, came recommended to me by a friend as having the best prices in town. Went to their website, was able to order the tires I wanted online and scheduled a date for service. A few hours later, they called me and told me that they could see me that day, even though my appointment wasn’t until a couple of days out, but I could come in now if I wanted but due to prior engagements I had I couldn’t so we agreed for me to come in that following morning and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the prices and customer service. I was taken care of by two employees Ant and Pinto and they were more than helpful. They gave me constant updates on issues they found when they ran a full check on my truck. And wouldn’t Perform any work until I gave them permission beforehand. For a set of new tires, Replacement tire pressure sensor, shocks, two air filters, both cabin and engine. Full inspection and battery health check The total came out to right at $1500 in contrast to the dealership prices for the same service I’d probably be better off looking into buying brand new truck so I highly recommend Mavis Tires off Riverchase in Phenix city if you’re in that area and need new tires or work done on your vehicle give them a call ask to speak to either Ant or Pinto and you won’t regret it!

  Had to get a price on some trailer tires wasn't in stock had them here in 45 minutes walked over to the gas station and had lunch this is an excellent location if ubhave to wait more that 10 min also MATTHEW LEATH IS A STUD CHANGED MY HUGE TIRES LIKE IT WASN'T NOTHING truck rides like it's new u want good service go here also straight to the point no up selling didnt try and sell me biker fluid or heated seat cover like most shops

  If you’re looking for a excellent service & good tires - GO TO MAVIS ON RIVERCHASE & ask for Pinto! He came out as soon as I got out of the car and gave me a great deal. He was very friendly & knowledgeable! GO SEE PINTO FOR ALL OF YOUR TIRE NEEDS!

  I have to say that Mavis Tire in Phenix city has helped me three times over several years and has always taken good care of me and my family when we were in need. Tonight, alyssa had a flat tire and was pretty freaked out about it since she’s really not had this happen before. The good news is that she was literally in the Publix parking lot leaving work, so we went to Mavis with literally 10 minutes until they closed. To put it lightly, these were the NICEST group of people who I have had the pleasure of working with in an automotive environment. The men took care and did NOT care that it was so close to closing. They worked LATE to help is and them gave us a VERY fair price on a new tire after it could not be repaired or patched. A HUGE thank you to Pinto, Anthony and Matt Leath, who were absolutely those who completely won me permanent business with them. Not only that, but Anthony and I talked about Matthew and how helpful and keen on learning daily he was. They specifically called out how hard of a worker he was and how focused he was on learning and working with customers. Thank you Pinto, Anthony and Matthew!!! I hope the owner sees this review!!!
