Unfortunately, the issues were dealership level maintenance problems. Even though they spent time trying to diagnose the problem, and did some actual maintenance on the car, they didn’t charge us a dime. It’s great to see compassion still exists. At a lot of places, this wouldn’t have been the case. Based on the way they treated us and the friendliness of the employees, I would highly recommend this Mavis.

She was consistently checking to make sure I was ok during my wait time. I let her know that I’m retired military and hurry up and wait is what we do. Lol. She also explained everything down to the last detail. This is the kind of customer service that is needed everywhere. Thank you so much. S/n Brittany did all this with a smile on her face after her co worker 1st said she was running late. Only to call a few hrs later saying she wasn’t coming to work at all. This is professionalism!!!

- ATAshley TorkaNov 3, 20251.0DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I would give this zero stars if I literally could. Back in October of 2024 I took my car here. I sat in that store multiple days for 6+ hours waiting on my car every time. I am now out over $2000 dollars because they touched my car and never fixed anything to begin with. Told me I needed all of this stuff from struts to sway links etc. I went in for only breaks and rotors. They FIRED everyone who touched my car originally. I went in for brakes for the record. Got told I needed all of this stuff for my car, And then, after that, my car ran horrifically for months on end. I called corporate finally after just being over it. A manager called me and told me they couldn’t reimburse me at all based on “policy” because it’s 12 months or 12k miles and I’m “out of warranty.” Even after putting in a complaint to corporate. And then try to tell me that it was wear items and it wasn’t their fault. If you had to fire everybody who touched my car I feel like that is an omission of it being y’all’s fault. My car ran perfectly until they touched it. All I wanted was brakes and rotors. Instead I got months or stress dealing with my car making noises from all kinds of difficulties things even having another store tell me they put my strut in wrong to begin with
