They ran diagnostics prior to beginning the body work which confirmed my car was in perfect working/running condition. They did great with the body work and great customer service. We picked the car up only to determine on the ride home that none of the electronics were working. We returned it to Joe Hudsons who was unable to repair the damage they caused. They sent it out to be repaired. Nice guy. But he couldn't fix the problem. He did state that Hudson's had no business touching the electronics and he had no idea what they did. Hudson"s filed an additional claim against my insurance. We picked it up and took it to our dealer who also could not fix it. Hudsons filed a third claim with insurance. This is theft. They broke my car. They should fix it. If my insurance pays these claims. they will get it back from me in the long run with increased premiums. It is not ethical to expect me to pay for damages that they caused. I don't do business with unethical companies and will never be back to Hudson's in Phenix City.
