    There is a reason why you never see any cars in the parking lot. Between the manager not helping the trainee while working with me , to the computer ringing up the wrong thing twice when checking out, to the receipt not showing what the oil change deal was supposed to be. Y’all lost my trust and won’t be back. Good luck!

    I can honestly see why this parking lot is always empty. Customer service here sucks. Two employees here and no greeting when I came in. Only 1 other person in there. Never offered to help me find what I needed (and I was obviously looking around). Finally found it. Stood in line behind the one other person looking something up and taking a bit. Stood in line for a good 3 or 4 minutes. All while the other employee was standing at the other register (behind the screen so I didn't see him). Do you think the one clerk could have told the other that I was waiting and offer to help? No. Apparently that was too much work. I finally heard him cough and then walked around and saw him. This isn't the 1st time I've experienced horrible customer service. But I didn't want to have to cross the road in getting off work traffic. Guess next time ill just have to cross traffic.
