Between the manager not helping the trainee while working with me , to the computer ringing up the wrong thing twice when checking out, to the receipt not showing what the oil change deal was supposed to be. Y’all lost my trust and won’t be back. Good luck!

- RFRonni FettyJun 30, 20251.0I can honestly see why this parking lot is always empty. Customer service here sucks. Two employees here and no greeting when I came in. Only 1 other person in there. Never offered to help me find what I needed (and I was obviously looking around). Finally found it. Stood in line behind the one other person looking something up and taking a bit. Stood in line for a good 3 or 4 minutes. All while the other employee was standing at the other register (behind the screen so I didn't see him). Do you think the one clerk could have told the other that I was waiting and offer to help? No. Apparently that was too much work. I finally heard him cough and then walked around and saw him. This isn't the 1st time I've experienced horrible customer service. But I didn't want to have to cross the road in getting off work traffic. Guess next time ill just have to cross traffic.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
