- PPPals205Jan 15, 20262.0I have used Express Oil Change for decades and have never said I will never go to a location again until I pulled into this location. I give it two stars only because the young man that guided me in was really upbeat and pleasantly greeted me a good morning. CJ on the other hand, while he wasn’t rude he was really unbothered and couldn’t care less for my service. I pulled in because I needed a headlight because one was out, but said hey I’ll go ahead and get my oil change over with. Well I didn’t get headlights because CJ said it had to be done in the service area but they couldn’t get to it because there was only one person on. Mind you this is at 8:05 right after they opened and he didn’t check. I said can I come back early tomorrow and he said call him first because he don’t know what will be left over from today. I had to ask his name because who was I supposed to call. Needless to say his demeanor gave me “I don’t care” so I went down the road to the next Express Oil and was given prompt treatment. I stopped there because it was the first one I came upon. I was not about to leave my car for them to take all day to put a headlight in plus I was on my way to work. Also nothing was checked during the oil change just added the oil and closed the hood. He also asked me how were my windshield wipers, I said I think I need some and he said well they aren’t laying down I was just asking…. First impressions are lasting impressions and I wasn’t impressed…thank goodness for choices. I needed other repairs but if it’s that hard to get a headlight how long would it have taken to get brakes and tune up???
