The first time they didn’t have a car for me and I had to wait until they conveniently found one which was given to me with only a quarter tank of gas. The second time I rented a car I was called 15 minutes before going to pick it up at 8 am and was told they wouldn’t have one until 1 pm. They suggested I call around to other enterprises to find a vehicle though they accepted the reservation knowing they had no cars. I am now headed to Irondale, 30 minutes out of my way, to get a different car. Would not rent here again if my company didn’t mandate going with the spirit airlines of the road here.
