- DTDonavan TrahanAug 30, 20254.0I have always had great experiences and service standards at the Sylacagua Alabama location, the sales staff are always courteous and fast I’m in and out in less than ten minutes……BUT my son……. Not so much! He rented a truck one week to go down south to Gulfport they had a nice crew cab F150 (with tailgate warmers so your hands don’t get cold pushing it down the road) when he went to rent it and sign the agreement the tag had expired and they stopped the transaction, that was a total and utter failure on their part. Their lack of foresight caused a planned tripped to be derailed all because somebody didn’t do their job. They offered a minivan which wouldn’t suffice in his situation….. YOU RENT VEHICLES so it’s their responsibility to make sure you get what you need and it’s road worthy and legal, pretty disappointed even tho it wasn’t for me…….. hopefully I’ll continue with my normal experiences and maybe the rating will go up on this review
