- JSJustin StewartDec 27, 20251.0Went to buy a thermostat gasket, Zach helped me find what was supposed to be the correct one, he tried to upsell me to get a $20 thermostat with the gasket, I ended up getting just the gasket and it ended up being wrong and it leaked. The same day I came back and he said he would not return it even though the receipt said “if a part fails during the warranty period (1 year) shown on this receipt bring the part to any Autozone store and you will receive a replacement or refund”. He told me to take it to Odenville, he needs to be fired immediately for not following company policy
