  I’m updating my review. It took a little while to get my car, but it was worth the wait. $8,000 worth of damage due to hitting a deer and they repaired it to the point it looks better than when it came off the lot!! And thoroughly cleaned the interior. Drove well. Really good craftsmanship.

  I was provided exceptional service from the first point of contact to the finished product at this shop! The front office was friendly and responsive in person and by phone. They explained the repairs that would need to be made, as well as the estimate. My questions were answered thoroughly. Once my car was being worked on, updates were texted regularly, as well as phone updates. The car was ready before the estimated date initially given to me. The work they did, which included blending paint, was excellent.

  Let me just start off by saying considering what my wife and I endured on the night of December 28th, 2023, Gerber made up for in the biggest way. The best part of working with Gerber is the communication between the customer and shop. I did not have to reach out one time. Between the text updates and Tuesday/Thursday weekly update calls, I (the customer) knew what was going on the entire process. Jason, Cara, and Jayme were all awesome to work with too. It’s clear they strive to give a level customer service experience that doesn’t seem to exist in this industry…well I guess it does now. I will no longer be using any other company and will be sending any reference I have to Gerber. Thanks again. -Blake

  Everything looked good & drove well. Sensors went & started popping up a couple miles down the road. I brought it back, and everything was okay!!!

  The only auto body shop I will ever use. Mike and Joel treat you like family and make sure that no one including the insurance company try to take advantage of you. Mike and Joel understand this is the transportation for your family and family is sacred. I will NEVER take my vehicles or my families vehicles anywhere else no matter where in the country we are when we have a bad day Joel will take care of it all. They are like our extended family and have always provided services above and beyond our expectations.
