I went to check in after sitting in my car for 6-8 minutes, after nothing 1 other patron was in het car, that why I sit there for a few minutes. I got out because in my time getting where, I got out and went on to the serves desk,Mr. Bob went and check my car in with me being present. I left the facility a little before 11:00. Satisfied with the service. As of today the problem I were having, appears to be resolved. Thanks, Marion .

The CX-50 hybrid premium was the only one that checked nearly all the boxes at a reasonable price. As our search progressed, we figured out that every car has pros and cons. The car we picked was a hands-down winner, without any doubt. The MCM team was up front, respectful, and comfortable to deal with. I had picked out the car I wanted online, down to the stock number, before we went in. The entire process took too long. Our sales consultant had a hard time demonstrating how features worked, and had to ask for assistance several times. He may have been new on the job, or needed to do more homework. Their initial price was as advertised, at invoice. We countered, and they responded close to our offer. We got the car which was right for us at a good price. There are not many Mazda dealers in Alabama, and I would recommend Med Center Mazda.
