- BHBeverly Hogan4 days ago5.0Its a dreaded "Darn, I have to go get my car serviced" that changes when I get to my appointment to "This is so pleasant and hospitable" I appreciate the lengths to which the service people go to make sure I understand what I must do to maintain my CX-5, what I could do to "go the extra mile", and a gentle warning - without pressure about the consequences of failing to do necessary recommendations. Ashley in the service department is energetic, friendly, and takes time to go over needs and wants for maintenance of my CX-5. My sales person -Joey Chance - is still there from 8-9 years ago & always stops by the waiting area for a chat.The other sales people, folks in financing, parts/accessories, cashiers, etc are always cordial. I love these folks.
