Unfortunately, after the initial visit, I had to return because my vehicle was not reassembled correctly. When I brought the car back, the store manager, Michael , was dismissive and acted as though I did not understand the issue I was describing. Due to the way the situation was handled, I felt compelled to contact the general manager to ensure my concerns were properly addressed. After that step, the work was completed correctly. However, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. The manager’s attitude came across as arrogant and unprofessional, and at one point he even snatched my keys from my hand, which was completely inappropriate. While the issue was eventually resolved, I would recommend that anyone considering this location proceed with caution and be fully aware of what they are getting into before choosing this Mavis for service.
