I went to an express oil change and was told there was a nail in my tire, they could not patch it and that in fact all of my tires were so worn out that I needed to replace all 4! They then gave me a price and tried to have me replace my tires right then. I was so concerned to drive after that but the price was so high, I decided to risk it and drive home. The next day I went to Mavis Tires in Pelham. I’d been there before and trusted them to give me a good price and do a good job quickly. I thought I was going in to have all tires replaced which was hundreds of dollars, I spoke with Skye who had given me a quote on the phone before I got there, and he looked at my tires, told me I definitely did not need new tires yet, I had 10-15k miles left on mine and that he could patch the tire with the nail in it free of charge. They could have made a good chunk of money off of me because I didn’t know better, but instead they chose to be honest and take care of me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mavis!
