I had the work done the next week along with an oil change and filter replacements they recommended. After two days, the initial squealing brakes were back. I called and then returned to the shop where they assessed and of course no problem was found. Very unfortunate. I’ll get a second look and likely repairs at another shop. Very expensive waste of time. I’ve been a customer here many times but I would not recommend after my service this time.

- EGE GDec 11, 20252.0I've been going to this location on and off for a few years now, but today was the last straw. Came in to get an oil change and had to stay in the entryway while a truck in front backed up to reposition himself in another lane. While sitting there waiting for him, a gold SUV came speeding in and took a hard right next to me, barely missing my passenger side with the front end of the vehicle by less than a foot. I. WAS. LIVID. Thinking it was a customer trying to whip in front of me and putting my life and property at risk, I honked and yelled some warranted obscenities at him, only to find it was AN EMPLOYEE flying into the parking lot in a customer's vehicle like a bat outta Hell. ABSOLUTELY NOT. For reference, he's a tall, hunched over, gray-haired white guy with glasses. After being trained in an evasive maneuvers course in DC by one of the three letter agencies while in the military and then coming to Bham to see these people don't even know how to perform a simple on-ramp zipper, there's no way in this world I'm letting the likes of these Neanderthals test drive my car if that's how little respect they have for their customers' property and-- more importantly-- their safety. I guess the whole southern "masculinity" facade makes the men in this state think they're skilled enough drivers to take a 90 deg right turn at 38mph. News flash, they aren't. I'll go to the Tire Engineers down 31S across from Anthony's car wash from now on instead.
