  The Pelham, AL location has the perfect people working there. They love what they do and will treat you like family. No matter how busy they are they will greet you when you walk in the door and still handle business. Outstanding service!!

  Bought my dream car with minimal payment down and got a great deal, financing, and superb customer service. When I had an issue, I had an immediate solution with a rental and towing covered, maintenance immediately and got me back in my car within 4 hrs! This is the best customer service and car handling I have ever experienced and I am so glad I went with Enterprise to buy my car! Best experience ever! The General Manager Jason and my service Rep Angie were absolutely amazing! If you go in, ask for Angie!!!

  I went to pick up my previously reserved vehicle from Enterprise Car Rental in Pelham, AL on December 15, 2025. What occurred was upsetting and deeply concerning. The employee assisting me was speaking very softly and mumbling. I am 62 and have documented hearing difficulty, and I was simply unable to hear his requests. Instead of repeating himself or attempting to communicate more clearly, he appeared to assume I was being difficult. Without explanation or any attempt to resolve the misunderstanding, the employee independently decided to refuse renting me a vehicle. At that point, my ride had already left, and I had no transportation home. When I attempted to calmly explain the situation and seek an apology or clarification, the staff would not look at me or engage in conversation. Instead, the police were called, and I was removed from the facility for allegedly being “difficult,” which was not the case. I am an older, widowed woman with no children and limited support. I was alone, had no way home, and ultimately the police transported me home because I had no other option. This experience reflects a complete lack of empathy, communication, and accommodation for someone with a hearing impairment. Being denied service and escorted out by police under these circumstances was humiliating and unnecessary. I would strongly caution others—especially older customers or those with disabilities—about this location.
