  Not a great experience. Rented a truck to go into mountains for anniversary. We paid extra for 4x4 and premium radio. 1st day was late leaving because truck didn't have 4x4, had to wait on another truck. The guy helping at this point was being professional. Our last 2 days was a bust and ruined when electronics in the dash failed to work. We were forced to end our trip and return home. Don't rely on enterprise to show wife appreciation for 24 years, you will let her down. Rent somewhere else.

  Cameron It’s probably the most professional Enterprise Employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a problem with the rental, but what matters is how the problem was handled. Cameron was extraordinarily accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I have utilized enterprise rentals all over the country for work and this location in Pelham, Alabama gets my highest rating. I highly recommend this location if you need a rental. Ask for Cameron but if his professionalism is mirrored by his employees, then I’m sure you’ll be fine in anyone’s hands.

  Enterprise rental is an excellent place when you need a rental as I did after being side-swiped by someone in I-85! The insurance of the driver that hit us covered the rental costs for a defined period and they sent me and Enterprise all the required info. I got a good orientation to the car by Tori and she made sure we knew all the controls and helped us connect our phone. She also came out as we drove up on our return day and went thru the car to be sure I didn’t leave anything. All in all a good experience after a bad one with the accident!

  I was very pleased with my car rental experience at the Pelham Enterprise location recently. All of the employees were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the reservation, pickup and return process. The vehicle I rented was perfect for our needs, it was clean and performed flawlessly for our entire week long trip. I highly recommend Enterprise if you need a rental, and specifically recommend the folks at the Pelham location.

  I have been a long-term customer of enterprise for over twenty years. I understand that everybody has their day where things are not going to go, right. However, this particular branch seems to have that day, every day, and they have been that way since the branch opened. They are horrifically understaffed and horrifically low on inventory. And when a car return does show up, they move at the speed of a snail to get it prepped for one of the seven people in the lobby waiting to get a car. I'm having very serious reservations about returning to this branch ever again.
