The agent who started my contract showed respect but the agent responsible for taking me to the car was horrible and refused to take me to my car at 8:30 in the morning. I was not happy and as a valued customer, this was a first for me. I won’t be going back.

They say they do and I give them the time I’m going to be there. As I pull up to location I see the vehicle I’m supposed to be getting driving off. Terrible service..
