    Great place to buy a trailer! Dawn and the entire team were fantastic to work with and provided outstanding customer service. I bought a Big Tex 35-ft gooseneck trailer, added two toolboxes, and they’re installing a gooseneck hitch in my truck as well. Excellent service all around, and they saved me money on other items too. I couldn’t be happier!

    Exceptional Customer Service Still Exists!I recently purchased my first enclosed trailer from Big Tex Trailer World in Pelham, AL, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team there. From the very beginning, Chris Linville took the time to guide me through the entire process with incredible patience and expertise. As a first-time buyer, I had plenty of questions, and Chris explained every available feature in detail, highlighting the features, benefits, and advantages of each option without ever pressuring me to decide one way or the other. Whenever Chris wasn’t available, Dawn and JC stepped in seamlessly and were just as helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make the right choice.When it came time to complete the paperwork, Dawn handled everything with the same level of care. She walked me through each step, making sure I fully understood the process, and never once made me feel rushed. After shopping around central Alabama, I can confidently say that Big Tex Trailer World earned my business purely because of their outstanding customer service. Plenty of places sell trailers, but the teamwork, patience, and genuine helpfulness from Chris, JC, and Dawn truly set them apart.
