Whenever Chris wasn’t available, Dawn and JC stepped in seamlessly and were just as helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make the right choice.When it came time to complete the paperwork, Dawn handled everything with the same level of care. They look for any excuse to avoid doing warranty work, and even lied about the information they submitted. When I contacted Big Tex’s main office, I was told the warranty details they received were completely different from what the rep had entered. I have dealt with unprofessionalism before, this experience was on another level. There was only one rep there who genuinely helped. I would stay away from this location. They will try to make it seem like nothing is their fault, but the proof is in the pudding.
