Apparently, the headlight that needed replacing was installed incorrectly when I had it replaced before by another part store. The manager and two associates were bound and determined to get it out and install it correctly, didn't matter how much time it took them. Really appreciate their hard work and determination to get the job done correctly for us ahead of a long drive we're planning.

I went back this morning to exchange them for the correct plugs, and a woman named Jamie in a grey shirt was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked her to pull up my receipt using my rewards since I’d just bought it the day before, and she refused. She said I needed a receipt, and I said, "Ma'am, you can pull it up with my information," but she didn’t want to hear any of that. I called the next nearest AutoZone, and they said only the store I purchased it from can pull it up, which proves she just wanted to be ugly to people.
