I went back this morning to exchange them for the correct plugs, and a woman named Jamie in a grey shirt was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked her to pull up my receipt using my rewards since I’d just bought it the day before, and she refused. She said I needed a receipt, and I said, "Ma'am, you can pull it up with my information," but she didn’t want to hear any of that. I called the next nearest AutoZone, and they said only the store I purchased it from can pull it up, which proves she just wanted to be ugly to people.

Take them back to the original store and Mr. John met me at the counter, then he went to get the manager Ms. Jamie and when I say they both made the wrong right. She ordered what I needed for the next day. They turned my worst experience to my best. Thank you Mr. John and Ms. Jamie
