- ELElanora LewisOct 10, 20245.0We stumbled upon Big Tex Trailers on the route to view another trailer location. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with kindness and welcoming faces. Dawn which the an awesome saleswoman by the way. She was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. We encountered a couple issues but Dawn would not give up until she found a solution and that she did. With the assistance of Chevy, which is a awesome admin, they made our purchase possible. Chris which is the General came out got us hooked up and hitched. He was so friendly I had no idea he was GM. He wasn’t sitting in the office he was in the yard!!! That went a long way. We are a small but growing Janitorial and Flooring Specialist company looking to add fleet of carry on trailers to our inventory. There is no other company we would rather deal with. We got an awesome deal and excellent customer service. Which is hard to find in this day and age. I don’t normally write such long review but the experience and satisfaction called for it. Thank you to the other young men that were there I didn’t get their names but the were just as welcoming. Thank you Big Tex!! We will see you soon!!! If you are in the need of a trailer(s) I definitely recommend Big Tex!!
