  Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff, helped me quickly and I'd definitely return in the future for other supplies. Rosa assisted me and she was wonderful!

  GO TO ANOTHER AUTOZONE ASAP. This place is disgusting. My friend went in to get a new light bulb for her car, and as she was walking in, some guys were laughing and giggling. A young man then went out to check which bulb she needed. He struggled just to open the hood. Then, he started trying to pull the light out, and my friend told him, "You don't need to pull it out. I just want to buy the bulb and y'all are going to close soon." He actually said, "NO, I’M GOING TO DO IT!" When a customer says no, that should be the end of the conversation. After many attempts at trying to get the light out, he slammed it back in, causing parts to fall off. Now the light won't even turn on. When they went inside, the guys were still silently laughing and trying to hide their faces while they got the bulb. She went in with one messed-up light and left with two. This is beyond awful customer service. No one should be treated like this. They literally broke her car light while laughing about it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing.

  My friend went in to just get a new bulb for her car light, when she walked in the guys at counter started giggling and laughing then a young guy went outside with her, couldn’t figure out how to open her hood (how do you not know that at a car parts store?), then he starts to try pulling her light out, yes i know to check which bulb, she tells him she doesn’t need him to pull it out that she just needs the bulb and she knows which one and that her dad would fix it, the guy says no that he would do it. SHE SAID NO that means no? If someone just wants the part then they should be able to just get the parts. The guy then was not able to even get the light out even after she told him not to so he slams the light back in, messing it up btw, they go back inside for the bulb, and he is silently laughing and trying to hide his face from her as they go to get the bulb. She left after getting the bulb, she came with one messed up light and left with 2. This is AWFUL customer service! No one no matter if they are a women or man should be treated like this. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
