  I’ve been a pain membership customer for At least five years I came in today, March 11, 2026 To get my car washed because I tried to come in on Saturday and it was backed up and stopped that day too. Well there was one person working that day at 6 PM when I came in today and he was busy Spraying out the car wash at 6 PM you don’t close till seven but he was making me wait. I don’t know how long it would’ve been. I didn’t have time to waste so I had to leave. I don’t understand why they can’t wait till the end of their shift to clean the stuff so I don’t have to wait as a customer to get my car washed. That’s the whole point that’s the second time in less than a week that that’s happened and if it continues to happen, I’m gonna cancel all three of my cars and go someplace else. I don’t pay to get my car washed so that you can waste my time. It’s April 1, 2026. It’s 6 o’clock in the afternoon and I know that you don’t close down until seven every time that I’m here there’s a gentleman with dreads who works at night and he had the whole entire row of vacuums and trash cans close to the actual car wash close down at 6 o’clock every time I go he’s doing something to make me wait at 6 o’clock or earlier. I guess he’s trying to get out early. I don’t know but I’ve been a member since at least 2013 In fact, I have three of my cars that have a member memberships to get get get washed there, but I think I’m getting ready to find someplace else because if I’m gonna pay for a membership to get my car washed, I’d like to have all the benefits of that car wash no matter what time I go in there I shouldn’t have to wait and I shouldn’t have to go to a different place to vacuum my car out
