At this location in Oxford, the staff was indeed welcoming and asked if we needed anything, which I appreciated. However, my small hot chocolate tasted more like coffee, which was disappointing, and I noticed that all of the P3 Protein Snack Packs I wanted for my child were expired. Overall, the experience was a mix friendly staff and a clean store, but the product quality needs attention.
