They offered additional services, but it didn’t feel like an aggressive upsell at all, which I really appreciated. The service was super quick, and I especially want to shout out Brady, he was so friendly and made the whole experience pleasant. They also had a coupon that dropped the price a lot, which was a great bonus.
- SSShaundaDec 26, 20251.0So I went to the Oxford location on Christmas Eve to get a coolant flush and to get a oil leak checked on, well needless to say they did a full overlook on my car (without my permission) and told me it would cost me $2100 to get everything fix. I asked them was is safe to still drive and the assistance manager said drive around where I said just around town he said yes just make sure I watch to make sure it don't over heat. Now mind you I haven't been having any trouble out of my car it's been driving good, well next thing I know a few hours later my head lights went out while I was driving so I pulled over into a gas station to see what's was going on. My lights came back on but now my car won't change gears and can't turn my steering wheel I'm not sure what Mike did but now I can't drive my car I had to use the emergency bypass just to get it out of gear but my key won't come out the ignition. Thanks Mike y'all will never ever get my business ever again and I will be contacting corporate cause I had to get a rental car cause now I can't drive my call and all I wanted was a coolant flush.
