I only came into to air up the tires and get an oil change, but Mike was immediately aware of my coolant leak and searching around with a flashlight and found the water pump leak. Deon was great in organizing the labor and parts and showing the value in the services provided by making sure I wasn't getting double charged and saving money here and there. We ended up changing the belt, the pump, and the thermostat and saved some money as they were involved with each other. Mike knows his stuff and was on it about the thermostat should be replaced even if it currently isn't defective because it is fragile and comes off with the pump anyways. Makes sense to replace it instead of later with another labor charge. Deon could be a trainer for anyone having difficulty selling addition services. He has the right mindset. Show the value. You need to clone these guys!

The associate who helped me, Dean, was very kind and made sure that my tire rotation and oil change was done correctly and very quickly (like 30 minutes from when I pulled in to when I got into my car to go). I’m not trying other places for car maintenance, this one was the best experience I’ve had.
