  In the last two weeks we have had one of our suv brakes done, oil change and they did a check on noise from rear and found that the last people to work on truck left some axle bolts loose 😳 they tightened free of charge as that was all that needed to be done. All this work was done on Sunday. The team at Mavis was fair priced and got the job done quickly. Great customer service and pleasent to work with. Fast foward to 2nd suv nail in the tire- patched tire and Great price. Again outstanding customer services and done quickly with full work load. Thank you MAVIS team!! I have two more cars that I will be bringing in soon. The Mavis team is excellent to work with.

  Mavis Tires in Owens Cross Roads is timely and friendly. I had to come in early to get a tire looked at and the store hours was that they open at 8. When I got there well before 8, I was met by Bobby who did not tell me I had to wait until the official opening, he took care of me right then and there. I told him I needed my tire looked at and he took my vehicle, the other guy diagnosed the problem and found a finishing nail lodged in the tire and they had it fixed and I was out the door shortly after what would have been considered their opening time. This is true customer service, going above the call of duty to ensure that in an already time consuming and competing priorities life that my time spent waiting was minimal. I can appreciate this very much. Huge kudos to Bobby and I wish I knew the other young man’s name but it was top notch customer service and I would gladly recommend to give them a try.

  Monday morning I got in my car and one tire psi was low . I went to Tire Discounters and waited 15 minutes and couldn’t even get a hello. So I left and went to Mavis tires and a gentleman named Mike greeted me. He asked me how he could help me and I told him the situation. He said they were busy but he would get to me asap. That’s all I ask for is a hello, acknowledgment and information. I waited approximately 15 minutes and then Mike got me keys and inspected my tires. He came back to me and said there was a nail in the middle of my tire and they could fix it. 15 minutes later I was done and in the road. Thank Mike for your fast friendly service!! Brian

  Great Service. The manager was very friendly and customer focused. I cannot state how great the Manager and Tech were. It’s not often you can say a tire experience was great, but this one was!! Very pleased and would highly recommend this Mavis location in Hampton Cove.

  Mike and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do! Even more fantastic customer service. I truly appreciate the service they provide and explaining what my vehicles’ issues are in a way that I can understand. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here even though I’m moving an hour away. It’s hard to find top notch service and affordability like these guys provide!
