- SSSteven1 day ago1.0I Made a 3:30pm appointment for an alignment. When I arrived “Chris I believe” stated they were about 30 minutes behind. That was not a huge problem and I was willing to wait, however, as I was filling out my paperwork he came back to tell me the car on the rack wouldn’t be done until 5pm or later. I asked him “why wouldn’t you just call me” and give me the option of rescheduling or coming later - I quote “yeah, I guess I could have done that”! Time is the most valuable thing in this world and he wasted mine - I drove 35 minutes for the appointment and in true military fashion I arrived 10mins early! He wasted my time, and I will never go back - Be very careful, I tend to believe these reviews are suspect!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have. Many offices charge if you miss an appointment, I made one, got there on time and it was all for nothing - How about I get reimbursed for my Time, gas etc.?
