He greeted me when I came in, presented me with all the options and let me make the choice with no pressure or up selling. I had no expectation that he would actually replace the battery for me, which I can't tell you how much that brightened my day. I fully expected to spend the next hour or two cussing in the garage while trying to do it myself. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
