I woke up around 2 a.m. and went inside to use the restroom, but both restrooms were locked. I walked around for a few minutes before an employee came out from the back. When I asked how long the restrooms would be closed, she said she didn’t know. It’s hard to believe both men and women’s restrooms were being cleaned at the same time, but I decided to wait. After 30–45 minutes, I checked again — same thing. Both restrooms were still closed, a cleaning bucket was sitting between them, and the employee was still in the back. Not a great experience for drivers who just need a quick restroom break during the night.
