When I got my vehicle back, my rear running lights weren't working and the tire was still gouged from the wreck. Someone working there said they wouldn't drive on it. The people here really tried to do right by me, but mixed communication really brought the experience down. They were in contact with me the entire month my car was being worked on. They texted when they hit issues that might cause delays... until the day I went to pick it. No text or call to say that the pickup time changed. I called the day before to confirm that it would be ready on time. I expected to be notified if there was a delay. I called the day after I got my vehicle back to let them know about the light problem and see about getting a tire and they said they'd get back to me. I called 5 hours later to learn they had a plan that no one had told me about. I'll grant that I'm ignorant to how this process is supposed to go. I didn't know that I needed to have the tire listed specifically on the parts that were damaged. I thought they would tell insurance the parts that were damaged. They did offer to ask their manager for approval to pay for another rental and worked with me to get the tire problem fixed. Also, the car looks great!
