Absolutely wonderful people and the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! Our car gave it up literally yesterday and Marcus and the whole team went above and beyond to help us get into our new car and make sure it was in our budget. We first heard about them through word of mouth when we were feeling pretty defeated in our car search—and thank goodness we did! Marcus helped us with our purchase and was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. He listened to everything I had to say and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I pointed out a small fray on one of the seatbelts, and without hesitation, he said, “No problem—we’ll replace it!” And they did! When the replacement part arrived just a few days later, they called me in, provided a beautiful loaner vehicle, and even helped me move my toddler’s car seats in and out. As we were wrapping up, my daughter asked for her water cup, which was empty. Marcus noticed and immediately offered to refill it. Not only that—he asked if she wanted a snack, took her inside while I finished packing up, and came back with an armful of goodies for her. Now, snacks may have nothing to do with buying a car, but that moment said everything about the kind of business Gentry & Ware is. This small, family-owned dealership makes you feel like family. We are beyond grateful and will be recommending them to everyone we know!
