  Caleb was great to interact with. He has a great sense of humor, but is very professional, as well. He was thorough and made something as mundane as an oil change, quite entertaining. What a great attitude!

  This was my 1st time going to Express, and it was fantastic. Devin was the one that worked on my car, and he did a great job. It was pretty fast too. 10/10 recommend

  Cody was very friendly and helpful. My service was super fast. I came for an oil change! He told me I needed a new tire and that my tag was expired lol I thought it was a joke turns out I forgot to put my sticker on from October 2025. He saved me from a ticket lol. Thanks

  I’ll start with a confession. I had every intention of being the responsible adult who shows up well before closing time. That plan was promptly destroyed by a combination of stubborn tire lugs, a rogue lug key, and the general chaos that sometimes accompanies car maintenance. So when I rolled in at 5:51 p.m., saw three cars ahead of me, and every bay already occupied, I fully expected the polite version of “come back tomorrow, friend.” And honestly, I would have deserved it. Instead, Brandon greeted me like it was the middle of the day and said they would be happy to help. No sighing. No dramatic glances at the clock. Just solid customer service. He got me checked in quickly and handed things off to Caleb, who was running the pit crew for my bay. Caleb did a fantastic job answering questions, walking me through what they were doing, and generally making sure everything was squared away. Meanwhile, Wes was down in the pit doing the heroic work that most people never see but every driver should appreciate. The person tightening the drain plug correctly is the real MVP of any oil change, and Wes handled it like a pro. They even went above and beyond by checking lights, the horn, and giving the vehicle a quick safety once-over before sending me on my way. It is the kind of extra attention that makes you feel like they actually care about the car leaving safely, not just quickly. One more bonus worth mentioning. Even though they do tires here, they also partner with Discount Tire next door. Discount Tire handles the tires. Express handles alignments. If you buy tires over there, you can get $30 off an alignment here. That is the kind of local business cooperation that makes a community stronger. Bottom line. They could have easily turned me away that close to closing time. Instead, Brandon, Caleb, Wes, and the team took great care of me and did excellent work. That is customer service done right, and it absolutely earns five stars.

  I had two vehicles get an oil change on the same day. Then a week later one was leaking oil. Went to my mechanic and he said the oil filter was loose. He told me to take it back and see if they would fix it but doubt they would. He was right. Now the other vehicle had the same issue. Didn't even bother going back.
