  I had a fantastic experience with this location. The manager who helped me (I think his name was Chris) was awesome! I don’t have any complaints and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!!

  Customer service associate I dealt with was amazing he went above and beyond here in opelika Alabama and with all the current chaos I'm dealing with at the moment renting a car with y'all at the opelika location over on Fox run avenue was the most at peace I've felt in months thanks to the expertise, professionalism and knowledge base of the employee I dealt with there. So much so that on the morning of the February 3rd when I was returning my rental I asked if it's been reserved again, I was told it has not been so I decided that I needed one more day with the Toyota rav 4 and on the morning of February 4th when I went to drop it off again I dealt with a different individual who was just as Awesome. The hasslefree smooth all the way through experience I received for three mornings in a row was enough to give me A mental reset in a positive direction. Like a paradigm shift and all from what I would assume is just normal day to day operations by the two individuals but it was done so brilliantly and flawlessly unlike everything else in my life that it was enough to remind me keep going! Thank you
