  My husband was run off the road in Locust Fork Saturday on his way to Lake Guntersville and ended up with two bent rims and flat tires on the boat. There was no place open in that area and no way to get back on the road. He ended up driving all the way to Mavis Tire in Oneonta in hopes the tires could be repaired and he could get back on the road. The gentleman was VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. He was able to bend the rims enough to allow the tire to keep air. This was at no charge! Can you believe that? No charge! After a terrifying event of bailing off the road due to almost being hit head on while having a boat in tow and to find someone available on Saturday to make the repair to get him back on the road and home safely is almost unheard of today. THANK YOU to the employee at Mavis for your kindness and professional attitude. Kindness goes a long way! We do not live in Blount County however, I would say if you do, go to Mavis Tire.

  Fixed a flat for me. The local store where I bought them was closed. I am thankful that Mavis was open because I would have been in a bind. Friendly knowledgeable personnel and quick service. I highly recommend them.

  I was on the road and ran over a 4 inch screw that punctured my tire. After pulling over to check out the damage, I looked up the closest tire shop and found these guys. They were incredibly professional and kind. They were able to patch the tire and get me back on the road under 20 minutes. I highly recommend them and grateful they were there to help when I needed them. Again, thank you!

  While traveling I encountered a flat tire in Oneonta. Stopped in to get the nail out and get a patch. Unfortunately, the nail was in the sidewall and I had to get a new tire. Since I was traveling, I did not have time to wait for them to order the specific tire that I needed so they patched it up and referred me to their sister store down the road. Special shout out to Corey, who was amazing to deal with and made sure that I was fixed up and safe enough to travel down the street to get serviced.Thank you for being so helpful!!

  I recently visited this new tire store Mavis Tire here in Oneonta, Alabama for an urgent replacement after an unexpected flat, and the level of service was truly exceptional. The manager Roger, was incredibly welcoming and professional, creating a friendly atmosphere that made the wait enjoyable. I met the other manager and he was polite as well. Since it wasn't peak hours, several members of the mechanical team also took the time to chat, making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. I arrived having a difficult day, but their kindness and personal touch completely turned it around. The entire team is polite, down-to-earth, and professional. They have earned my loyal business, and I highly recommend stopping in to see Roger and his crew. >
