    I had the monthly package for about a year. The wash broke my wiper fluid sprayer off one side. I filled a report- the manager got me number and email. 6 months and had not heard anything. I went there several times and was told different stories. There is no way to check n tact the company itself. Not that I have found. I will NEVER go back there. EVER!!!

    Was great when 1st opened. Guys are super nice but who ever is in charge it’s not doing due diligence on keeping the trash cans of water with soap and water in them clean, the brushes need to be replaced. Sometimes you go and there’s not even any brushes or water for you to scrub your own car. Been through many times where there are no tips on the end of the vacuum hoses. Got this for a gift to go through for a full year as many times as I please. It is so bad at times that I’m like what is the point my car is not getting clean and there’s no way for me to scrub it myself because there’s no brushes and no water at times And I think at times it’s only Water. Come on, we can do better than this people are paying.
