- JRJu Ra6 days ago1.0Came in September to make oil change in my Mercedes GLK, after 2 hours wait, they said the couldn’t find the oil drain plug and gave me the keys back. My wife drove home . When I came home I saw a complete mess in my garage. They forgot to close the oil cap on thr top. The engine was in oil and they also didn’t install back my underbody cover. After several calls and also wak-ins they told me they will buy the new underbody cover, I wait now since 3 months on it, they never call back. Immense damage they did to my car. @mavis: If you read this, maybe it’s time to at least pay for the underbody cover.

- BCBrittany CockrellDec 26, 20251.0I had a damaged tire. Brought it to Mavis and asked them to replace it with a new tire and do an oil change. I waited an hour and a half and went to checkout and it was way cheaper than I expected. I said that and he said oh thats great. When I was leaving I looked at the receipt and saw that they had only repaired it and not replaced it (and never told or asked me). I looked at the tire and had concerns but wanted a 2nd opinion. My dad and I looked at it together several hours later and there was no indication of a good repair. We called the store and a guy answered and we explained the situation and he said we would never just repair a tire like that so you need to bring it back. My dad took it back and had to get them to replace it. I will never go back to that location ever again. They knowingly let me on the road in a damaged tire and didn’t replace it like I asked and never were going to acknowledge it.
