I just can't say enough good things about this place! I usually leave these places frustrated and confused, but not today...I'm so happy to have found such great customer service! The first time I came here, the service was good and I thought they were honest. Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite.
When I walked in, I explained that another location sent me here for tires they had in stock. One employee looked at me like I was from another planet, though he was at least decent after that initial reaction.
The real issue was the manager (or whoever was in charge). He was rude, which surprised me because he was nice the first time and even remembered me—yet his attitude did a complete 180.
They initially tried to charge me mid-$700s for three tires and an alignment. When I questioned the total—since each tire was $102 and the alignment was $119—they then said they had mistakenly added three alignments. Something I probably would have been charged for if I hadn’t caught it.
After that was corrected, the price was still almost $600. When I questioned that amount, the manager said it was because of “parts and balance.” I asked what parts were being added and what the cost was, and it came out to close to $200, with no clear or reasonable explanation.
They then claimed the third tire was “only $11,” which makes no sense—so essentially two tires and an alignment was almost $600, with the third tire supposedly being $11.
When I questioned it further, the manager clearly didn’t like being challenged. I asked how much it would be for just two tires and no third tire at all, even though they said it was “only” $11. The price was still almost $500. He said, “I’m not giving you a discount,” then walked away to help another customer and told his employee, “Yeah, make sure he doesn’t get that discount.”
How is it a discount if the price only drops from almost $600 to almost $500?
Between the confusing charges, lack of transparency, and rude attitude, I won’t be coming back.
