  We are new to this. We have learned a lot today. Couple weeks ago we booked a car with this company. Tomorrow our family leaves for Orlando. We show up this morning at 10 AM to pick up our vehicle and the one man who is in the office told us that there are no vehicles available for us and that he doesn’t know when One will be available or if One will be available. We are totally caught off guard and had to run around Tuscaloosa like a chicken with her heads cut off, and most every place was closing at 12! Lo and behold, we finally found McCurrie’s and so far they have been great. I will never use enterprise again. By the way, we went to the Tuscaloosa location and there was about eight people in the waiting room and it appeared only one worker who was out in the parking lot and we couldn’t get anybody to pick up the phone. I did call headquarters and the woman thinks they should’ve given us a phone call to give us a heads up, but we are given no phone call or email.

  I was recommended to rent from here(my first rental) from a few friends. I wasn't informed that if I returned the vehicle early with anything less than a day that I won't be refunded at all for those hours I didn't have the rental. So I returned the rental early(about eight hours early) thinking I'd get refunded for those several hours I didn't have the rental, but I was only eligible to get back the security deposit, sadly. As it being my first time renting a rental, they did not explain those details to me after I told them I'd be returning it earlier than expected. Now I know for next time to not return a rental early if its less than a day early.

  The manager and staff at the Northport Al store is the best staff at any Enterprise I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Other managers could learn from the manager at this store as she is absolutely fantastic when it comes to her customers. She leads a great team and Enterprise should be proud of her & her team. I cannot say enough good about this location. I have rented here many times over the last year and I have never had a bad experience. I think others would agree. Once again thank you for being the best store ever! Leadership really needs to give this store the recognition it deserves!

  This was an incredibly unfortunate experience. We specifically booked through Travelocity for this Enterprise for a 3-row SUV to fit our large family for a trip. Our contact information was taken through the booking process which I’m presuming has to be forwarded to Enterprise. My husband had to take an Uber out to the store and was told upon arrival, never before, that they do not have any cars that we requested on site. When asked why we were able to book one and then subsequently not notified when inventory changed- the response was the site doesn’t update and lets people book no matter what- despite if the location does not have the customers request. This seems to me they just want you to show up no matter what and be forced to just take what they have on site as opposed to being able to cancel. They claimed they did not have a phone number for us to contact, which I believe to be false and at the very least they had an email. We were offered a smaller car which obviously does not work for us. Perhaps an offer to refund the Uber we paid to get there would have been nice, yet nothing of the sort. The employee did their best to explain however did not seem empathetic at all for the situation or offer any acceptable solution. All of this made no sense to us and has caused a huge inconvenience. On busy holidays I suggest implementing different policies or solutions to be more transparent about what’s available or being truthful about attempts to reach customers, including training for employees on how to better handle these situations instead of basically saying you are SOL. A terrible way to start the holiday and would have appreciated more transparency and understanding.
