  Jorge was fantastic, walking us through the few issues and getting our oil changed. I’ve never had a bad experience at an Express Oil, and this place is no exception. Always recommend!

  I've used express oil to change my oil literally since I was 16 years old. I am now 33. I've had multiple cars come and go and they were always my go to. Recently when I took my vehicle for an oil change we were told the last time the oil was changed they stripped the screw in my oil pan and that needed to be replaced. They wanted over a thousand dollars to fix this and also told me if they took it out they would'nt be able to put it back in due to it being stripped. So basically no way to prove it without my vehicle essentially being stuck there unless I pay for this to be fixed. I am a single mother and a thousand dollars is ALOT for me to suddenly come up with. I feel like since express oil are the people who stripped my strew to begin with they should have done this service for free or at a drastically discounted price. Why am i having to pay over a grand for something you did? I noticed years ago they would try and over sell to me or lie about services so I started sending men in my life to take my car to try and prevent this and yet it continued to happen. As I read through the reviews I see this is an ongoing issue with this location and there's also multiple reviews regarding the oil pan situation specifically. I will not be back to this location or any express oil again and suggest no one else use this location either. I also asked if there was a warranty to protect this situation from happening again and the warranty is a total joke. Within the time it's protected it's essentially only protects one oil change, so if they strip my screw again id have to come up with yet another 1,000 to have this fixed AGAIN over something they could do a second time.

  This place is terrible. I’ve given them numerous chances to help me. They have never been able to help. They consistently have some excuse about why they’re not allowed to make a repair. After waiting for several minutes today I was told they can’t patch a tire for me because the tire is over five years old. Other times I’ve been told my oil filter cap was rounded off and they couldn’t service it. Prior to that I was told a tire leak couldn’t be found. Every single time I go to another shop and have the work done without any of these “issues” ever being mentioned. Today when I told the associate about that when he said my tire couldn’t be fixed he said to me “ well how about next time you have trouble don’t come back here” That won’t be an issue to me. Currently at another shop getting my 5 year old tire fixed. If I could give a zero out of five, I would
