    We needed an auto that was roomy, comfortable, easy on fuel, and an All Wheel Drive for snow. The folks at Muscle Shoals were quick and happy to accommodate. The Dodge GT they suggested made our 5,000 mile trip thru the Dakotas with ease. We had no issues and it was a great ride.

    Muscle Shoals Enterprise was great. The employees were helpful, nice and respectful. They answered all our questions and never got frustrated. Would definitely recommend!!

    So I tried to rent a car online yesterday for today, set the time and selected the car online. I get a call later stating they don't have a car available. I asked how is that possible I selected it online for a specific time and type. I didn't really get an answer just it is what it is. No offer to help find one at another location nothing. I told them cancel it they never did that either, so I did that online this morning. So if you want a car with enterprise assume it's 1996 before the Internet is what is today and call them and pray they help you. I've used them in the past traveling all around the country never was a problem before. We are back in 1996 so good luck.
