They had the truck for 2 hours, come in and say they knew it was going to be a gamble getting the tire balanced correctly and mounted. All for them to take off the wrong tire... throw the whole truck out of balance more and take another whole hour to get 1 new tire mounted and "balanced" leaving unsatisfied and a wasted 3 hours on a Saturday.
- TRTraci ReasonFeb 9, 20265.010/10 highly recommend THIS Express Oil Change over the others and I’m going to tell you why. They care. They go above and beyond. They could teach a masterclass in customer service. My daughter’s 2013 Ford Escape recently had a coolant leak that was repaired here. Jon and his crew were very thorough, kept us updated and even drove us home so we wouldn’t have to Uber! We had another issue with the car that involved a tow truck and a heap of anxiety this morning. Jon (who is the store manager btw, and who was visibly swamped on a Monday morning) diagnosed and fixed what turned out to be a bad vacuum hose. He had us on our way, gratis, in 30 minutes. Thanks again guys! I hope we don’t have to see you for anything but an oil change for a while!!
