My experience with this business was negative, because I had my oil changed last year, I took my own oil to this location and the technician was fully aware that I brought Mobil 1 oil advance 100 percent synthetic oil and a extended performance M1104A oil filter guaranteed for 20 thousand miles, I did not tell the
technician to replace my oil filter because the old filter was good for another 14000, miles, apparently, he left the old filter in my car and kept mt new oil filter,when I had my oil change, my last year oil change visit mileage was 32,673, and when I had the recent oil change, March 12, 2026 the mileage was 36,852 and he knew that the oil did not need changing, it was only a quart low, additionally, I used the full synthetic oil Mobil 1,and it was good for another 3500 miles, I was cheated three times, because the label was almost doubled from last year, and this technician also stated I needed a cabin filter, and over charged me, I lost money on the oil change and oil filter, because neither one needed changing, and the cabin filter didn't have to be changed, it could have waited, this is a dishonest business that cheated me out over a 100.00 for my oil and cabin filter, plus 5 quarts of oil and a oil filter that I didn't need, not trustworthy, extremely dishonest, the only thing I should have been charged was for putting one quart of oil, I had 5quarts of and a brand new oil filter, and this technician took both out of my car, and both of these were in my car for the next oil change, I lost over $50.00 for my oil and the oil filter that I had in my car,and the $104.00 for the oil change and filter that I didn't need, this business is deceptive, unprofessional, incompetent and used bad business practices that are dishonest, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that this business has no integrity, character, morals, or values, they ate supposed to be honest, reputable and trustworthy, however they weren't, I have made numerous attempts to contact manger, and they don't answer the phone or wasn't at the location. I do not recommend this dishonest bad business, they didn't check the fluid levels either, because the person left my car to wait on another customer. Horrible experience.
Thank you Valvoline, for responding to my review, I certainly hope that you will refund some of my money back, because I was over charged.
Update: Valvoline Customer Service, did a outstanding job resolving the issues I had, their customer service is great, and they were quick about resolving the issues, I do recommend Valvoline, and I will be going back again, because if there is a issue, I know they will resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the resolution.
