  Stood me up twice for my mobile appointment, showed up on third appointment and repaired glass, repair failed within an hour, ended up having to replace the entire windshield.

  My recent experience at Safelite was not good for the second time same location after market windshield is not the same quality as OE Heads Up Display is Blurry now I won't use them again and car was returned with hands prints on it and dash had debris on it

  I recently had my front windshield replaced on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade by Safelite AutoGlass. The installation process itself seemed smooth and convenient at the time, and the technician was professional during the visit. However, I experienced a major issue shortly after the service. Two days later, while out of town, it started raining and I discovered that my windshield wipers were not operational. This is a critical safety concern that should have been verified before completing the job. There was no confirmation or demonstration that all components tied to the windshield installation were functioning properly. I expected a more thorough post-installation check, especially for something as important as wiper functionality. This created an unsafe situation and unnecessary inconvenience while traveling. I would recommend that Safelite improve their final inspection process to ensure all related systems are tested before releasing the vehicle back to the customer.

  The Safelite representative, Arick, who installed my windshield provided excellent service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, notified me upon arrival, and explained the process before beginning the work. After completing the installation, he took the time to review important aftercare instructions, including guidance regarding rain, washing the vehicle, and the tape on the windshield. He did an excellent job. Mr. Arick from Montgomery was professional, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire process.

  First time using Safelite ever!!! Pricing was crazy at first for a 2010 Dodge Charger, but I can change my own wipers and all that, made the price lower and promo codes rock! Last storm, either the hail or a tree limb caught the very bottom of my original windshield, bashed it in and sent rays of cracked windshield to the top. Luckily, it did not go clear through, so no rain damage and I could still drive it. I had to reschedule once, that was super simple. On our scheduled day, the most amazing tech arrived very early in the five hour window which rocked. It sucks to sit and wait 4 1/2 hours for a tech or to make a last minute dash to the store, come home and find out your tech got there early, but you weren't there. He left you a card, now you get to reschedule. Nope! It was all great, super nice and friendly guy. So much more of our population need to strive for those same traits! Hope there are no more messed up windshields, but if so, we want the same tech!!! All the s great with the windshield!
