  My experience with this business was a horrible nightmare, the Service Manager Courtney was extremely rude and hostile, I was given the Invoice until after the work was completed, my vehicle is a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport Limited, the mechanic installed a CV AXLE for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited and used my license plate tag number to order the part, instead of my vin number, this is very unprofessional and incompetence on the Service Manager and the Mechanic part,I would give a 0 star however, that is not a option, I showed my paper work from the dealership stating that my car was a 2016, he tried to change it in the system, which only proves fraud and deceptive bad business practices, because I have the Invoice that was given to me and it clearly states that all of the information that this business put on my paper work was inaccurate, and the vin number is not on my Invoice paper work, this wrong part CV Axle could abd will damage my transmission, if,this business couldn't put the vin number on my paper work, they should not have done the work on my vehicle, this was poor unprofessional and incompetent behavior on the mechanic and the Service Manager part, this Customer Service Manager is supposed to make sure that vin number and everything is accurate before allowing the mechanic to do the work, he is a extremely rude, unprofessional and poor excuse and so called Service Manager, when I brought this incorrect information to the Customer Service Manager and the Mechanic attention, they both were rude, irrational, angry and horrible, especially the customer service manager, he was extremely sarcastic and rude, and told me to get off the property, this business used deceptive bad business practices, and wouldn't show me proof that the part was new, or anything, this manager told me to get off of the property after they had scam and scheme me out several hundred dollars, this manager is unfit,incompetent, unprofessional and has a deplorable extremely bad attitude, he didn't try to resolve the issues, he tried to cover up his extremely unfit bad actions, and his negligence and extreme incompetence, his position as a customer service manager is a hilarious joke, most competent managers, know better than to do work on a customer care without the vin number, you don't have to be a manager to use common sense, this is why vin numbers are used because it is exclusively for that specific car and year and it is the accurate way to identify the correct car, this is the worst, unprofessional , incompetent disrespectful, dishonest and unfit manager I have ever known, he was the worst ever, and he had no right to disrespect me, and be extremely rude, and yell me to get off of the property. His extremely hostile bad horrible conduct is unacceptable and no excuse for this adverse negative experience to have occurred, I absolutely do not recommend this pathetic, poor, bad, and horrible bad customer service manager and this business because it is the worst ever.This business failed to use my vin number and used my tag information instead is a way to put the wrong part in the wrong car and can and will severely damage and destroy a car. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this poorest quality of service. I am writing a rebuttal to this business response, it is absurd for the business to state, that my feedback helps them to grow as a company, the business is not supposed to grow at my expense by installing a 2017 CV AXLE in my 2016 vehicle, this is unprofessional, incompetence training on the job, apparently, the owner is not taking this misconduct seriously, installing the wrong CV Axle could cause a accident, this business is unfit, ant the employees are unfit and unqualified because they are doing training on the job,and are too incompetent and unprofessional to do a simple thing such as, imputing my vehicle vin number correctly in computer, this is very simple and easy, and they don't know how, it is pathetic that the owner had the audacity to leave this absurd response, it all about money, has my contact info

  I was assisted by Tres and he was awesome!! I told him what my issues were and he listened attentively and educated me on the resolution on said issues, in a language I could understand. I don’t think I have ever walked away from a car service feeling as comfortable as I did today.
