  Absolute nightmare dealing with this location and Enterprise all together. I walked in to pick up my car only to be informed that they were out of cars. It was 6 employees and only one was working. Someone could’ve called me before I paid an uber $25 especially when I walk in to see 5 employees doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. I completely understand demand being high on the weekends but Enterprise needs to set better standards in their establishments and update their app to reflect realtime inventory or turn it off during peak times if you can’t handle the volume. I’m sick of companies thinking I’m sorry for the inconvenience is acceptable when I’m losing time and money. Also, the music was very inappropriate for a family oriented business.

  Brooke was so helpful and nice, both here and Prattville. It’s a hectic, busy location, and she was still super nice and wonderful.

  Asked them politely what all do I need to bring to get a vehicle they told me once I got there it was a different story they don't accept certain insurance companies either so save ya self some time before going
