  Absolute nightmare dealing with this location and Enterprise all together. I walked in to pick up my car only to be informed that they were out of cars and only had a van available. When I asked why no one called to let me know before I paid an uber, I was told “we’ve been busy”. Two issues with this, 1. There were employees sitting at desks doing nothing. 2. The app needs to closely align with realtime inventory.

  First let me start off by saying I am truly appreciative to the staff at the E. South Blvd location. Shed was an exceptional representative that really demonstrated what going over and beyond for a customer truly means. This day I rented the car, was a horrible day for me! My family and I planned to take a trip to Disney and as we leaving out my car ran hot! Come to find out it was my radiator. Long story short, I hopped on my enterprise app, booked a car and still ended up at the wrong location (EASTERN BLVD)! The representative there was so non chalant and just disregarded pretty much everything I was saying. So as I was leaving I called the correct location I was suppose to go to and was told they were closing and to come back first thing in the morning. I guess the tremble in my voice alerted them or either that their kind heart wanted to do some good for a customer. I was put on hold and shortly got a call back saying that they’ll take care of me, to just come on since I was headed there. Shed introduced himself and said I’m going to take care of you, bare with me! He felt I was not having a good day and asked what was the matter! I told him and he said before you leave here, we want you smiling and getting you to where you’re going! That was very satisfying for a mom that wanted my daughter to get her dream come true birthday wish! There aren’t many people in today’s world that has a job, love what they do, pause, and actually care about customers! Shed is indeed a wonderful and great asset to this company! I rarely rent from this location and it’s right by my home, he has truly changed that for me! THANK YOU AGAIN SHED! (E. South Blvd)
